Everything was fine when the domain koupart.gr suddenly expired its SSL certificate (Sectigo free). Once I went into the administration, I saw that there were two SSL certificates and proceeded to delete the expired one, but the problem was not solved even with Auto SSL.

I should note that the same problem occurred on a second domain.

Hey there! It's not clear to me exactly what the issue is since both screenshots show different domains. If you remove the SSL certificates and then click the "Run AutoSSL" button, I would expect a new one to be issued.

Can you provide me with more specific details about the situation?

The first domain is koupart.gr. Unfortunately, the SSL certificates expired yesterday. I removed the old one and left the new one, but it doesn't work.

Now I try to connect with Cloudflare to fix it, but nothing happens.

The second domain is bazilvansinner.com. I did the same things, but it didn't work.

Here i install an Let's encrypted SSL certificates, but it didn't work

For the first domain, it seems there are DNS issues as I am not able to reach that from any browser. Since that is the case, I would not expect the AutoSSL system to be able to issue a certificate.

For the second domain, I do see the expired SSL in place when I visit that domain.

If you have root access to the server we'd be happy to check things through a ticket for you.

If there is an error in the ticket submission process through WHM, you might need to contact Hetzner first if that is where you purchased your cPanel license from, or if the license is included as part of your hosting plan.

Unfortunately they can't help me

Dear client,

thank you for your request.

We are sorry, in the meantime it is not possible anymore for us to create tickets at cPanel.

Please note that we do not provide support for cPanel in general.

We would recommend you to check Support to get a solution.

Alternatively, you can ask for help in the cPanel forums:

The problem is that another domain expires and renews with auto-ssl, which doesn't work.

How i can open ticket?
