Static IP Address Issue

I recently got 5 x Static IP addresses from BT. Thinking this would be great for my new server i went an assigned an IP address to the old server.

Since then i have had nothing but problems. The server drops connection all the time, and most of the time is unvisitable from the main internet which the server is located. HOWEVER if i connect to a VPN or from external the server is fully accessible and fine.

I have nameservers which send a domain name XYZ.COM to my new Static IP address for the server.
The IP address is assigned to the Static IP address within WHM

Any ideas? I can currently only use the server from within the office on VPN and its being a nightmare. The issues is certainly not the router as i have a synology also on static that has no issues.

Hey there! I don't have any ideas on the cPanel side of things since this sounds like a networking issue on the host. Can you reach out to your provider to see if there is any troubleshooting they can offer for those connectivity issues?
