Hi Folks,

So far it has been really fun setting up 100 + servers for my client, However they have a specific requirement which i haven't been able to solve or find answer to in this forum.

Can somebody please explain how the system emails can be sent using a remote SMTP server instead?

This is very crucial for the client as all the emails are being blocked by their email servers assuming it's a spam.

Regards,
Shawn

Have the servers been added to SPF records and still seen as spam? Can they not whitelist the servers?
Well, the real option that we need is to use remote smtp and classify alerts from a known internal email available in exchange already for example [email protected].

When this originates from some other location it gets filtered at 2 level in the org, one at mail gateway barracuda and the second exchange.

So, we need to use remote smtp to sort this.

Thanks,
Shawn
