sysvsem on php and apache HELP!

Hello ..
im running
WHM 10.6.0 cPanel 10.8.0-R27
CentOS 4.1 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

clean install...

and i need to add asap a function to php ...

--enable-sysvsem

but the apache doesnt allow me any option to add this ...

can some one help me out here?
