The system was unable to authenticate to the local MySQL server on “localhost”.

The connection driver reported the following error: Cpanel::DBI::Mysql connect('','root',...) failed: Too many connections

is there a way of setting a cron and mysql to restart at a interval of 24 hours ?

if yes .. can you please guys tell me step by step how to ?

Hello :)

Restarting MySQL every 24 hours isn't a good way to address an issue with too many connections. What are you current settings in the /etc/my.cnf file?
