SOLVED Transfer from Plesk error

I have managed to transfer one of my domains over to cpanel with no problems, but I am having issues transfering the rest.
On both of the domains, I am getting the same error when I transfer.

ERROR: Unknown option: compressed
ERROR: Unknown option: mysql
ERROR: No UID for unprivilged user was specificed at /tmp/Sjfj1r5PI1/lib/Cpanel/Pkgacct/Archive.pm line 99.

Can someone please help?

Hey there! In general, you can ignore this error if the data is being moved properly. If this error is fatal and causing the transfer to fail, please open a ticket with our team so we can do some more investigating into the transfer system.

Okay, I've got it all sorted, turns out my plesk usernames were wrong.

You can change usernames using these steps:

1. Log into Plesk as 'admin'
2. Click 'Websites & Domains'
3. Click on the domain to expand hosting settings
4. Click 'Web Hosting Access'
