Transfer of parked domains to solo license failed

Starting situation:
Admin license, 2 accounts
Account 1: Domain A
Account 2: Domain B, two domains (C and D) parked on top
Account 1 became obsolete, Domain A still active

Objective:
Minimize costs by switching to a solo license
Park domain A on top of Domain B after transfer of account 2 to a new server

Observation:
After transferring account 2 to the new server the parked domains C and D appear not be parked on top of domain B (List parked domains)
As a consequence AutoSSL only issued certificates for domain B but nor for domain C and D.
in CPanel under Domains only domain B is listed.

I read the available documentation for the solo license but did not stumble over constraints with regard to parked domains.

Questions:
Did I miss something in the docs?
Is the solo license appropriate for my objective?

cPanel Solo license allows you to have one cPanel account, it doesn't limit the addon domains or aliases or subdomains you have in that account.

That was exact that what I thought. all the more I am irritated that the parked domain construct has been dissipated during the transfer from the remote server (i.e. the old one)
To my understanding parked domains <> addon domains. Maybe that's causing the trouble.

I also am not aware of a reason this situation shouldn't work. Parked domains should get migrated just the same through the process you outlined.

If you'd like us to check the system directly we'd be happy to take a look at the ticket. It's also possible the transfer logs (WHM >> Review Transfers and Restores) may provide you with more information as to what exactly happened with those domains.
