I'm trying to transfer one account from a Centos 7 server to another Centos 7, same cpanel version on both and i'm getting an error

I'm doing it disabling the copy from the backup and enable and disabling fast transfer doesn't make a difference

Unimplemented remotecopy direction: download at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Remote/CommandStream/Legacy.pm line 352.

Multiple attemps give the same result, this is the transfer log, some details (server names, domains and IPs) have been edited to keep customer privacy

Finally i solved this issue.

-SOLUTION-

Transfer tool was able to connect to port 2087 on source server but unable to connect to SSH, in my case it was caused because source server had ssh configured to not allow login with password, in my case /etc/ssh/sshd_config had "PermitRootLogin without-password" which didn't allow cpanel to login with the password.

If you are having this issue, check if you can manually connect to SSH on source server from the destination server with the same password or key you are trying to use with transfer tool.
