I am running a VPS with Liquid Web and recently upgraded my servers and running 114.08 and cannot seem to turn off this fly-out nag. I even asked the Liquid Web support desk. I have said YES numerous times and NO numerous times. Nothing sticks. How to get rid of it or acknowledge it and make it go away?

Hey there! I reached out to the developers and both I and them were not able to reproduce this issue on a 114.0.8 system. Would it be possible for you to try a different browser to see if that could be related to the issue?

Thanks for that suggestion...as I read it on my phone I was like....DUH, I should have thought of that. So I got home and tried in on FF in Troubleshoot mode, Chrome and gawd forbid Microsoft Edge. All browsers exhibited the same behavior. Even tho I am the root admin to my VPS server, could it be something at a higher level at Liquid Web? The tech I spoke with seemed very adept in addressing my other issues but, he also lamented this nag drove him nuts as well. BTW....this ONLY happens when I connect to my Acronis backup server via WHM. Maybe that is the issue? Because when I am just in WHM, if the flyout shows up, I click it and it goes away forever. So, if it is the Acronis link, maybe Liquid Web has to toggle something deeper than my VPS root WHM panel?

That part I can't say for sure - if the issue only happens with Acronis, maybe there is a cookie setting there that is causing conflict. Since we aren't affiliated with that tool I can't speak for them, but if a standard server doesn't experience the issue it's likely not related to cPanel.

Well, I had a Liquidweb technician look at my Acronis install because there were some problems...he fixed whatever that was and then the nag went away. So, maybe since the Acronis plugin/server was not installed correctly, it was not communicating correctly with WHM and cPanel. Thanks for the help and my issue is resolved.
