Ubuntu cpanel install failed (EA4)

When I want to install cpanel on Ubuntu 20.04, I see the following error and the installation cannot be done.

Hey there! Can you try running "apt update" on the machine to see if that update works normally?

Cpanel technicians examined the issue and found that the apache2-utils package installed with the operating system was causing a conflict with the ea4 installation. After removing the apache2-utils package, the installation is complete.

I created my server by choosing ubuntu 20.04 ready installation over vultr, probably this package comes automatically in this installation. I have suggested a fix for these packages that may conflict in the installation software, I hope this fix will be applied in the next versions.
