Unable to give Support Access ID due to wrong perl

Howdy Guys
One of our servers tried to upgrade last night and failed with:

I want to log a support request but can not run the cpanel bin as it is trying to access a perl version which isn't even installed.
/usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -S
/usr/local/cpanel/cpanel: error while loading shared libraries: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/522/lib/perl5/5.22.1/i386-linux-64int/auto/attributes/attributes.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


How do we go about giving you access to the server and submit the support request ?
