Unable to install R1soft module for latest cloudlinux kernel

I just installed CloudLinux release 8.5 with cpanel, but unable to install the r1soft hcpdriver module. Anyone else have this issue? unable to reach R1soft support or find any info from their site.


My current kernel version:


# uname -a

# r1soft-setup --get-module

Failed to get suitable module for this system: Failed to build module: No builders found.

You'd prob. need to contact R1Soft support for that. Sounds like they don't have a pre-built module for that kernel and they build system is having issues.

I don't have a module for this you need to reach out to your license provider which can get in touch with r1 to build one for you manually.

Can you contact them for build them? They doesn't reply to my email since 5 days. I've 2 CDP licenses too. Can you try?

so I was told it's still in beta, they will build a custom module for it but first it needs to be released as stable. Based on this I can imagine it will take a longer time...I would say even weeks but will let you know once I heard back from them.
