Unknown error when installing SSL

Hi there, I've had numerous failed attempts trying to install SSL certificates through cPanel.

I've verified that the certificates are legitimate, and I have in fact installed SSL certificates through this cPanel before, it's just now decided to stop working.

Very little information is given, with an error message simply stating that I can't install the certificate due to an "unknown error".

Any help would be appreciated - it's quite urgent to get our SSL up and running again.

As a website owner without root access to the system, you will need to report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look. If you do in-fact have root access (VPS/Dedicated Servers), then you can review /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log to see the specific error message logged when encountering this error in the cPanel UI.
