I'm also seeing this error - WHM 68.0.20, CentOS 6.9, standard kernel. When I run `usr/local/cpanel/scripts/find_outdated_services` manually I get:

For some reason that I can't fathom my system is insisting on connecting to an old ip for that domain (looks like it changed at some point). It appears to be ignoring /etc/hosts for that sub-domain and I have no idea why. Commenting out the mirror list in the yum repo resolved it for me.

Hello,

You may want to verify the resolvers in your /etc/resolv.conf file are valid and working.

Thank you.
