Update Cpanel/WHM = Run away process?

Update Cpanel/WHM = Run away process?
When upgrading to the latest version of cpanel for the last few times, it gets to the end and says something like

close window
closw window

and it keeps repeating that over and over, I don't know the exact words because my Cpanel is up to date and does not get that far, I was wondering if this keeps running even after I shut the browser window...

Its just waiting for you to close the window so it can restart WHM
