Where this option Use a Global DCV Passthrough instead of .htaccess modification (requires EA4) under the Domains tab in WHM >> Tweak Settings? Also what does this DNS zone and can we delete this?

Hello,

That option was removed in v84 as a result of the use for it no longer being present, it's automatically enabled on every server now. This was noted in the release notes here: 84 Release Notes | cPanel & WHM Documentation
