Verify that your network can connect to httpupdate.cpanel.net then rerun installer

Hi there, I've been having this problem with installing cPanel, and I don't know what to do about it, I have already checked on multiple devices including my Ubuntu 20.04 server that they can connect to httpupdate.cpanel.net and at this point I'm just lost, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there! Can you confirm how you are testing the connection? I would try something like this from the Ubuntu machine:

telnet httpupdate.cpanel.net 80

Let us know the results of that!

Most likely a resolver issue, try what cPRex said, also try "ping yahoo.com" and see what happens.
