Hard to pin down the issue from that error alone.

But you could try:
domain/webmail
webmail.domain
domain:2096

(port 2096 is the default port used for webmail in most cPanel installs)

And then you could try that list again with/without www in front of the domain name.

If none of those pull up webmail, and you are able to pull it up when logged in to cPanel, then I'd suspect an issue with your domain configuration. But that's just a guess.
On a typical default install, all of those different options will pull up the webmail interface.

Phil.

port 2096 and 2083 are working fine. The issue is only when try to access domain.com/cpanel or domain.com/webmail

I don't work for cPanel, but that sounds like a domain configuration problem.

Is this a new domain? Maybe the subdomains or DNS records just haven't finished propagating? Your domain can load before your subdomains are finished propagating.

Is this a new problem with an old domain? Check the DNS records and ensure that you've got the right entries for webmail and cpanel aliases. Maybe they got corrupted or removed by accident?

Those are the first two ideas that come to mind. Maybe someone with more cPanel support experience can help!
