What cloud, what price and migration services?

Hello all .. yes I'm thinking about WebHostingTalk also but I like this community.

Short of the long is I have a server in the UK .. and it serves my needs very well and I'm very happy but I'm getting to a place where I believe it's going to be better if it's in the cloud so I don't need to worry so much.

Does anyone have any experience of migrating WHM and to what provider of cloud services (is it a case of Google / Amazon / Microsoft only) and is there anywhere I can go to get an idea of how much it is going to cost and what do I need to use to try and figure out what my monthly costs might be??

I do have experience of Migrations in cPanel. For Transferring/Migrating WHM, You can use Transfer Tool in WHM or SFTP if the target is not cPanel/WHM. You can transfer WHM anywhere you would like. I prefer OVH and Linode over these due to their Performance and simple Pricing Structure.
If you would like an Estimate of what the cost of these Cloud Providers be, Just reply or mail me about what specs you wish and I'll let you know what these providers will charge you.
OVH Pricing(Average): 60$ to 118$ based on usage
Linode Pricing: 40$ to 160$ based on usage

Also, If you need Maximum Security and Privacy, Dedicated Servers is your Answer because Cloud Servers can still be Modified Externally, Logged in by the Network Administrators.

I also am a huge fan of Transfer Tool, and use that daily in my non-Forum work at cPanel.
