When clients add shared-sub-domain, can I add dns records to mysql on another server?

Hi, I run some servers with cpanel and nameservers are dedicated.

I would like to offer clients shared domain,

like this

my1.server
aaa.example.com
bbb.example.com

my2.server
ccc.example.com

....

So, I need to add mysql records individually.

When clients add shared domain, can I add dns records to mysql on another server?

It need not overlap.

For instance, when clients add shared domain, can I run an original php script at the same time?
