Where can I find the /usr/local/cpanel/img-sys/ in cpanel user account?

Hi, I'm newbie here and currently managing a cPanel reseller account.
I am customizing the Suspended Account Template page. I do have a new HTML file to replace the default template and they say images need to be upload to the "/usr/local/cpanel/img-sys/" directory, but I can't find it :oops:
If you use the File Manager where it's located or where I can find this folder? I'm attaching an image with the instructions.
