WHM not sending new account notifications

Hello,

Perhaps someone can help me with this.

When any of my clients create new hosting accounts in WHM, the system no longer emails them with all the accounts details such as username, domain, and password assigned to the account.

Even as the root user I am no longer able to receive notifications of new accounts, suspended accounts, deleted accounts, etc.

How and where can I change this? I've looked through all of WHM and cannot see a place to do so.

This week I upgraded to WHM/cPanel 9.9.9-R14 if that helps.

did you update your mail config ?

I looked through all the mail options but did not see anything that would help solve this problem. I don't believe any of the settings changed during the upgrade.

Unless you are referring to another way to upgrade mail config?

Alright, thanks.. that probably took care of forwarding general account activities to me, but what about general users not receiving new/deleteted account notifications as they did before? Is there a way to revise this as well?
