qwe111 As sajithgsm and kodeslogic mentioned, it may need to be enabled in the feature list of the package assigned to your cPanel account. You would need access to WHM to manage feature lists. We've published an article that covers this in more detail here:
Why does a cPanel account have missing features (icons)?
However, if you don't have access to WHM, you would need to work with your hosting provider, as cPRex originally mentioned.
